This US California-based client wanted us to build a clean and comprehensive platform to automate the process of review generation and monitoring. A few of the key requirements of the client were to be able to track and monitor reviews across multiple platforms, schedule drip campaigns for gradual outreach, and automatically retrieve customer contact information. Furthermore, they sought robust reporting tools for in-depth analysis of their review health and to ensure seamless interaction with customers.
We built an online reputation management platform that automates the process of review generation and monitoring. It generated a Net Promoter Score(NPS) using outbound emails and SMS with a drip campaign approach. The platform tracks and scrapes specific information from preferred review sites, collects and syncs customer contact details, facilitates easy responses to reviews, and provides robust reporting tools. We added features like negative review management and individual interactive discussion boards for easy customer response. We implemented a REST API that enables live review display and supports embedding website badges.
