A few key features that the customer wanted us to add included a listing section, an approval or rejection section for applications, and a robust checkout functionality that makes the overall cycle hassle-free.
Solution
We built an end-to-end cloud-based property renting and management platform that provides role-based access to various types of users and tweaks the functionalities and interface accordingly. The platform endorsed the completion of maximum operations remotely using e-signature functionalities. We also added a property listing section, approval and rejection functionality, remote property inspection, automated rent collection & a prompt notification system among many other useful features. The application also had a ticket-raising system that allowed tenants to get prompt fixes to their day-to-day issues, along with a rating system to share their experience.
