A large Australian real estate services giant wanted to develop a solution to automate indoor and outdoor field inspection for retail and enterprise customers, reduce manual errors, and eventually cut down the whole delivery time dramatically without compromising the quality and reliability in the process.
Solution
We built a multi layer access controlled field inspection mobile app that several hundred field agents used to inspect indoor and outdoor locations, enter tons of data, draw electronic diagrams, embed photos in the reports, take pictures etc along with their location / date / time stamp etc. and generate reports based on various business logic. The application can store all data locally in absence of internet connectivity and sync with the backend systems when connectivity resumes. It can also rollout minor changes in the app without redeploying the app.
