Mandatory Skills (v3.0)

  • Expert level knowledge in Complex System Design.
  • Expert level knowledge in Complex Debugging.
  • Expert level knowledge in Python.
  • Expert level knowledge in AI / ML technologies.
  • Good knowledge of open source database technologies and vector databases.
  • Expert level knowledge in various JS Frameworks (Vue.js  OR React JS etc)
  • Extremely Smart, Intelligent and Innovative. (We mean it)
  • Self Starter & Self Learner, who can pick up technologies and techniques through Self Study.
  • Exceptionally good skill in prompt and context engineering.
  • Possess extremely good hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Desired Skills (v3.0)

  • Hands-on experience with coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor AI etc.
  • Working knowledge of Ionic or React Native is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience with different RAG technologies.
  • Working knowledge of various AWS technologies like Elastic Beanstalk, Cloud Formation, S3, SQS etc. is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of MEAN stack is a big plus.
  • Good leadership skills, can guide other developers as needed.
  • Can speak / read / write in English.
  • Education - No bar
  • Experience – 1 – 20 years (We believe some people can do great work even with less experience, so we kept the experience requirements very flexible.)
