Solution
We developed a Chrome extension with a companion mobile app that runs inside Gmail, unifying client communication and productivity in one place. Users can create client accounts with rules based on email, domain, or phone number, automatically grouping related emails, SMS, and calls. Twilio integration enables renting numbers, sending and receiving SMS, making calls, and storing logs with searchable recordings and AI transcriptions. Each account is linked to a Google Drive folder for synced file management, while integrated memo notes and Google Calendar events keep context accessible without leaving Gmail.
For solo users, the system supports free and pro plans with optional SMS packs. For enterprises, companies can be created with owner, admin, and user roles, shared accounts, pooled messaging, licensing tied to active seats, and EPBX functionality with customizable IVR extensions. Mobile apps mirror desktop workflows for continuity across devices. We built an AI assistant that drafts and refines emails, answers contextual questions, and generates intelligent replies by searching across emails, calls, notes, files, and calendars, turning Gmail into a central hub for communication and smart assistance.
